We recently had a wonderful stay at mimaru. the facility was impressively clean and modern, making it a great place to recharge during our travels. our room was spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary amenities. we really appreciated how close it was to both jr and metro stations, which made exploring so much easier. the staff were friendly and always available to help. staying in the themed pokemon room added an extra touch of fun to our experience.
None 😊.

The location was marvellous and comfortable - walk from a zoo and restaurants. You could walk to a supermarket and convenience stores. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the family room was nice. It was new-fashioned and had kitchen.

Plot twist, it's actually great!
We adored our stay! Spacious and well-thought-out family apartment with fantastic kitchen amenities. Friendly staff, helping with everything including luggage storage. The location couldn't be better-just a stone's throw from Ueno station and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants.

I have just returned from a pleasant stay in this hip new hotel, a nice size and brand-new rooms. The staff is very responsive, top-class. The location is magnificent and favourable, it's close enough to the Ueno park and big train/metro station, several train lines, and JR trains. Taito district deserves to be explored. The venue provides an excellent service. If you need, they offer stable internet.

This place is so clean and modern! The helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, especially with the convenient coin laundry. While the rooms are a bit snug for our family of six, the great location near Ueno Station and nice amenities made it a solid choice for our Tokyo trip.

- Poor noise isolation, firm beds

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very friendly.
Our experience was marred by the distance from the subway, as it was quite a walk from the station, inconvenient when dragging luggage. The lack of readily available amenities like toothbrushes and room shoes was frustrating. The dryer in the laundry room was ineffective, leaving our clothes damp even after a long cycle.

The staff was amazing! They engaged with my kids. Room was comfy for our fam, but the bathroom could've used a bit more space 😊

This place was quite underwhelming, i slept on mattresses harder than concrete-so comfy, right? Oh, and excellent communication skills with staff are sorely lacking, but don't worry I'm sure they're just busy. Of course, i expected an upgrade for my struggles, but who doesn't like mediocre service? You know, just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

The room size was spacious, and the dining area with a big table was perfect for family gatherings. It's great that they have games like Jenga and UNO available, which the kids really enjoyed playing in the tatami area.
The air-conditioning had a minor leakage issue.
